How do make a purchase online for local delivery?

  • If you live in Conway, Benton, Bryant, Hensley, or Sheridan, we offer local delivery for $7! Just search "delivery" on our home page and add it to your cart with your address, email, name, and phone number.

Do I have to pick up my "Local Pick Up" order the same day as receiving my "ready for pick up" notification?

  • If you wish to purchase an item(s) before shopping in store, you can make your purchase online for local store pick up and you can pick up your order at your convenience! We can hold your order as long as you need!

How do I know how something fits before ordering? 

  • Most of our items fit true to size, but you can always email us, give us a call, or message our social media pages for more info on an item(s)!

How fast do you ship?

  • If you place your order before 11am, your order will ship the same day! If placed after 11am, your order will ship the next day!

How do I apply for a job at Willow + Grace Boutique?

  • We may not be hiring at all times, but you are always welcome to email a resume to willowandgracebg@gmail.com and we can keep your resume on file for when we have a position available.

If I wish to return an item(s), do I need the receipt?

  • If you wish to return an item, the merchandise must be in unworn condition, tags attached, and receipt must be present. All returns are only eligible 14 days from purchase date. *CLOTHING is the only merchandise that is eligible for return at Willow + Grace Boutique. ALL other items are FINAL sale. Please check return/refund policy for further information. STORE CREDIT only will be issued in the form of a gift card for all returns.
