Refund policy
Willow and Grace will gladly accept returns or exchange of FULL PRICED items only within 21 calendar days of the order ship date, if purchasing online, or 14 calendar days for in store purchases. All items a customer wishes to return, or exchange must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and tags attached. All clothing must be in new condition, which means no makeup or deodorant stains, cigarette smell, dog hair, etc. All items are inspected thoroughly by our team before shipping orders to customers. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the criteria above.
It is the customer's responsibility to package and return shipping to us if all criteria above have been met. We are not responsible for lost packages returned. Please make sure you receive a tracking number at the time of your shipment.
All items returned will be given store credit. (a Willow and Grace gift card via email). Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Final sale items include:

- Jewelry
- Hair Accessories (includes hats)
- Liquid products (i.e., hand sanitizer, body lotion, etc.)
- Food Items
- Cups
- Home and Gifts
- Handbags/Totes
- Shoes
- Items Marked Final Sale or ANY Discounted Items
- Holiday Clothing
FINAL and DISCOUNTED items cannot not be returned or exchanged.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item in your order, please contact us at willowandgracebg@gmail.com WITHIN 3 days of receiving the order. After 3 days the item will no longer qualify for a return or exchange. Please include the order number along with a picture of the damaged item in your email to us.
