RETURN POLICY

Willow and Grace gladly accepts returns or exchange of regular priced clothing items within 14 calendar days for all purchases.  All items a customer wishes to return or exchange must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and tags attached. All items are inspected thoroughly by our team before shipping orders to customers.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  Please keep track of tracking number as we are not responsible for lost items returned.    

All items returned will be given a store credit ( a Willow and Grace gift card).

Final sale items include: 

  • Embroidery
  • Jewelry
  • Handbags/Totes
  • Hair Accessories (includes hats)
  • Liquid product (i.e., hand sanitizer, body lotion, etc.)
  • Food Items
  • Cups
  • Items Marked Final Sale or Discounted
  • Items purchased during special promotion (buy one get one)

FINAL sale items cannot not be returned or exchanged.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item in your order, please contact us at willowandgracebg@gmail.com WITHIN 3 days of receiving the order. After 3 days the item will no longer qualify for a return or exchange. Please include the order number along with a picture of the damaged item in your email to us.
