RETURN POLICY

Willow and Grace gladly accepts returns or exchange of regular priced clothing items within 14 calendar days for all purchases.  All items a customer wishes to return or exchange must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and tags attached. All items are inspected thoroughly by our team before shipping orders to customers.  

**Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  Please keep track of tracking number as we are not responsible for lost items returned.**

All items returned will be given a store credit ( a Willow and Grace gift card).

Final sale items include and cannot be returned 

  • Embroidery
  • Jewelry
  • Handbags/Totes
  • Hair Accessories (includes hats)
  • Liquid product (i.e., hand sanitizer, body lotion, etc.)
  • Food Items
  • Cups, home decor, home accessories, candles, etc. 
  • Items Marked Final Sale or any discount that has been applied 
  • Items purchased during special promotion (buy one get one)

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item in your order, please contact us at willowandgracebg@gmail.com WITHIN 3 days of receiving the order. After 3 days the item will no longer qualify for a return or exchange. Please include the order number along with a picture of the damaged item in your email to us.
